Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Mindnest LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your access to and use of the Screentox mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using Screentox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Screentox.
- If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Screentox is available through a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple App Store billing.
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled directly through Apple. We do not provide refunds outside Apple’s policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
- Circumvent security measures or misuse the blocking features.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Mindnest LLC or others.
4. Intellectual Property
- Screentox, including its name, logo, design, generative succulents, and other content, is owned by Mindnest LLC.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
5. Termination
- You may stop using Screentox and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms the service or other users.
- Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
6. Disclaimers
- Screentox is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the App will meet all of your expectations.
- Screentox is intended for informational and habit-support purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Mindnest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
8. Privacy
Your use of Screentox is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. We may also notify you of significant changes in-app or by email. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
